ONBOARDING
- You will receive 3 emails from the district/Frontline:
- An invitation to set up an account with Frontline Central. If you already have an account through a substitute service, you will need to create a new one to create an employee account with us,
- An email with a link to your onboarding packet, and
- An email from Human Resources welcoming you to the District including a link to a video about getting started with Frontline, approximate salary placement based on your application materials (pending verification), and a list of important contacts.

- Electronic Communications policy & agreement - The name you provide on the back page will be your NSSD email address.
- Verifications and Disclosure forms -
- Notes:
- Please note that verifications and disclosures must be addressed to the correct person at your past employer(s) to provide the requested information. At many school districts, there are different departments that provide information.
- Please contact your past employer(s) to make sure you are providing the correct email address for the timely and accurate completion of this step. We will send these forms to your former employers.
- Disclosure Release / HB2062 - For the 3 most recent education providers
- Verification of Experience - To determine placement on the Salary Schedule and transfer of any Sick Leave hours from a prior Oregon school district. Complete the top portion, using a separate sheet for each School District (excluding substitute work).

- Race and Ethnicity Data Collection (for ODE)
- Payroll forms:
- I-9 form - with current identification as noted on page 3 of the form
- w-4 (Payroll):
- Oregon form OR-W-4 (instructions)
- Federal form W-4
- Direct Deposit Authorization with a voided check
TUTORS - If you have a college degree, please provide official transcripts so we can pay you the correct rate.
2. Set a fingerprint appointment with Fieldprint (for non-licensed staff only) or those who have not worked for a school district before. Fingerprinting details will be included in your packet of online forms.
- This must be completed before you can begin work.
- If you have already been fingerprinted in another district in the last 3 years, complete the Fingerprint Authorization Release Form.
3. Transcripts - (Licensed Staff and EA/SPAs) Please order official transcripts (directly from the school), if applicable, to be emailed directly from the school to Lisa Spencer at lisa.spencer@nsantiam.k12.or.us for salary placement/employment eligibility.
4. Schedule your Onboarding meeting - Once the above forms are complete, contact Courtney Mathenia to make an appointment for your I-9 form completion at the District Office.
