Download the free ParentVUE/StudentVUE mobile app, available for Apple and Android devices. After downloading the App, you will be prompted to enter your zip code. Click on North Santiam Schools. Login with your username and password.

StudentVUE is available to all students grades 6-12 in the district. Middle School and High School students will setup their password at their school.

Parents have the ability to reset their own passwords. If you have forgotten your password, follow these steps:

1. Click here to Login to ParentVUE/StudentVUE.
2. Click "I am a parent"
3. Under the username and password field, click “Forget password?”
4. Enter the email address you used to activate your account and click "Send Email" to be emailed your login information.

High School and Middle School students can work with their teachers after school begins if they need their passwords reset.

For security reasons, ParentVUE accounts are disabled if a password is entered incorrectly more than three times. To re-enable your account, please contact your student’s school.

Yes. Your ParentVUE login gives you access to information on all your kids enrolled at North Santiam Schools. If you are not seeing one or more kid with your login, it can be an indication of a duplicate record for you in the system. Please contact your student’s school (the student you are unable to see in ParentVUE) to fix this issue.

The report card module shows a student’s final grade. This is not a replacement for mailed-home report cards. You are also able to view your student’s report cards within the Documents tab in PDF format.

ParentVUE Privacy Statement - Effective Date: 10/01/2023

This Privacy Statement explains how ParentVUE, a service provided by North Santiam School District and EduPoint, uses and shares information from the Student Information System, Synergy. Protecting your child’s privacy is important to us, and we are committed to maintaining the confidentiality and security of your personal information and that of your child. Please read this Statement carefully to understand how your information will be treated when you use Synergy and ParentVUE.

How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for various purposes, including but not limited to:
a. Providing Services: We use your information to provide you with access to ParentVUE, including displaying student information, grades, and attendance records.
b. Improving the Service: We analyze usage data to improve the quality, features, and performance of ParentVUE.
c. Communication: We may use your contact information to communicate with you about your account, updates to the Service, and other important information.
d. Security: We use information for security purposes to protect our users and the Student Information System accounts from unauthorized access, fraud, or other illegal activities.

Sharing Your Information
We do not sell or share your personal information to third parties. However, we may share your information in the following circumstances:
a. Service Providers: We may share your information with trusted service providers who help us operate and maintain ParentVUE. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and use it only for the purposes we specify.
b. Legal Compliance: We may disclose your information when required by law, regulation, legal process, or government request.
c. Protection of Rights: We may disclose your information to protect our rights, privacy, safety, or property, or the rights, privacy, safety, or property of others.

Your Choices
You have certain choices about how your information is collected, used, and shared:
a. Account Information: You can review your account information at any time by logging into ParentVUE. You can make changes to your accountant information by contacting your school’s main office. 
b. Communication Preferences: You can manage your communication preferences by adjusting your notification settings within ParentVUE.
c. Data Access and Deletion: You may request access to or deletion of your personal information by contacting your school’s main office.

Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no data transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. If you have any concerns about the security of your information, please contact us.
